My concern

The one peice of the geo report, i cant get past is Hong Xing. I always had that as 100% of coal washing revenues...and was dissappointed that the company did not address it on first pass...

anyone have a different perspective......

And not just GEO lurking DC. Who did the first hit on LLEN? If I recall it was Greenberg doing a hit in late 2010 or early 2011....seems like it was around Christmas. Then we had Glaucus, GEO, not sure in which order and Streetsweeper trying to throw gas on the short bonfire party. My point is that Lee knew...that LLEN had a magnifying lens on everything and likely from more than just one entity ...more

I dont know DC. But it dont keep me up at night...anymore.. THe GEO report is a non-factor in my DD.  An interesting read..everyone hhas a story to tell i guess.... I just want to know the names of the mines that make up the coal washing businees.... I assume all information coming from the company is accurate. I dont beleive they have been consistent, but you have to assume its accurate ...more

I haven't dug to deep into it yet but I thought they also outsource some washing. In my opinion, creditability of Geo is completely gone. I read an article today that had that Dan dude from Geo in it. It was from 2012 and was in a Philly paper. It said that it had become almost impossible to get tax records and SAIC records from China ever since the whole China short RTO deal started picking ...more

I'm also very interested in this Hong Xing business, which doesn't seem to be addressed by the latest statement by the company. It is not what the company states, but what it doesn't state that could prove dangerous.
