Fong's was a grant, but I am still reviewing Lee's filing. Not sure if it is considered a buy but dang it sure looks interesting and adds to the drama LOL

Lee had put the shares up for collateral on a personal loan.  He paid back the loan and reclaimed the shares. Here is what it says at the bottom of the sec filing...... Explanation of Responses: 1. From the Nov 5 2012 signed by Lee SEC filing when Lee put up his personal shares for a loan. All the proceeds from that loan was paid to LLEN.  Far Remarks: Mr. Lee transferred his personal shares of LLEN as collateral on a personal loan. All proceeds from the loan were transferred directly to L&L Energy, Inc. as a loan to fund expansion. Mr. Lee's loan to the Company ...more
