Most class action suits are done on a commission based upon settlement proceeds.  I was told by a  very large shareholder today that he was today submitting 35 names to the lead plaintiff.   I have been told many are large funds.  I was asked to find more who might want to join in.  Submitting your name, phone number, and email to me will not cost you anything and you will

Those are all good questions DC which I presume will be answered shortly. In the mean time, the ball is in LLEN's court while we wait on a solid & stalwart PR from them. With the way the stock was acting today I suspect the PR is close to getting finalized. But that is just hope on my part. AND I sure do hope IRC does it.......when it does come out. This one must be clear & concise

Hey, Farstar: Let`s wait and see what turns out from the report by the Committee. Yesterday;s price movement is encouraging.  I actually grabbed 3K after hour at 1.31.  Yet my 1.00 order is still there.
