Why would they open such a position if they plan on taking it private? Doesn't make any sense! 

 

The whole biotech sector is in the dumps and has been for months. Now granted that Liminal takes the cake here but I don’t think this is over yet…time will tell.

Aldo, I was not listening to anybody and lost al lot, hard to digest but true. I think playing casino is better then playing with LMNL. Everyone in my friends list made this year a lot of money in stocks and I only lost due to LMNL.

I don't know but I’m guesstimating first negotiations with Consonance began in Q1 2019 and  their exit, Q3, 2020, so not such a shot time, 18 - 24 months. More than enough time to reconsider marketing Ryplazim.   II also don’t believe that Consonance sold at a loss. There were two spikes with high volume in 2020, July 1st ($31) and July 30 ($25). This could have been their exit(s

Extra 10's of millions to bring to market.  It shouldn't have been that much to market Ryplazim as most of the work had alreday been done.  They had under 2,000 patients in the USA and not supplying the world market yet.
