RE:Pending share consolidation, 1 for 50 Finally seeing a slight rebound this week. Much less though than most of its peers. I still believe it is a good time to add at these levels. Their EagleFord production should keep performing very well. Netbacks, even at these lower crude prices, should still be positive. Well hedged for another quarter or two. They should do better than most small caps. I do worry about a retracing of oil in the coming weeks but if it drops below $.13, I will definitely add more, especially if we get more good news from the firm in the meantime.
They have a decent line of credit. I am hoping they will buy some land near existing leases from distressed private owners. That would be a big plus in the long run.
