We appreciate your breakdown of the numbers. Personally, if you're even "half" right , I'd be happy. 
Now, another question to ponder... Do we 'think' we can have this done/sold by this time next year ??

If anyone has expertise/thoughts/guesses on this or any other aspect feel free to chime in.

I would like to know the 'laymans explanation ' regarding Capital Gains in Canada when this is all done, as my experience with that is limited as well. Take care everyone.
