  True ...   but being promoted and being " pumped " are two separate things.   Listing the article one day is fine as that is standard procedure and information to shareholders but continuing to list the exact same article the very next day has now turned the " promo " into "pumping".   So now we will see if this " helps or hinders " the share price.
