In Q1 2013, related party transactions amounted to $18,950. In Q1 2014 they exploded to $101,800 .
According the May 31 MD&A on SEDAR in Q1: Administrative fees $ 37,500 Advertising expenses 3,500 Consulting fees 25,000 Share-based payments 35,799
This tells me that management's primary goal is to enrich themselves rather than discover minerals or create value for shareholders. Let's hope this is a one off transfer of funds. I think Q2 results will be out in a few days then we'll get a better idea of where the pp funds are going.
