Lakeland has a pile of warrants and options waiting to be exercised if the price is right.
OPTIONS
2.9 million at prices of .10, .12, .15 and a few at .25.
WARRANTS
18.1 million at prices .15, .21, .25 and .30.
This is where it gets interesting:
On August 30 2014, 4.7 million at .15 expire and
on October 16 2014, 3.0 million at .15 expire.
That will leave only warrants exercisable at .21 and up.
Speculation: No promotion will begin until after the October 16 warrants expire.
