I've been throwing a few numbers though a spreadsheet and I figure i'll lose about !0% if this deal goes through at the proposed consolidations.

I should have been more specific. There will be 41m shares after the merger. The current 76m LK shares will be reduced to 25.3m and AEX's shares will go from 31.5m to 15.75m. The combined enterprise will still be worth $3.38m spread over 41.1m shares. This gives us a share price of .082. A nice jump from .03 but not when you factor in that you have two third less shares. We need a share price

I think AEX is the side to be on in this merger but the volumes are too low to try and switch out of LK into AEX. I guess we have to be grateful that Lakeland found a dance partner in this current round of merger mania.
