RE:What the disappointed investors say ..Maybe I'm not reading things correctly but NPV appears to have dropped only marginally from $258m in PEA in September 2017 to $247m in the FS.

Regarding capex, this is higher in FS 2019 because it involves the actual acquisition of equipment rather than the subcontacting model used in PEA 2017. Obviously if I decide to buy more equipment it involves higher initial capex costs but annual profits during the LOM will be increased.
