In Q1 they produced 4291 ounces, Q2 6261 ounces and Q3 9260 ounces for a total of 19812. To reach the low end of guidance they need 7188. IF they can match the same tpd and grade they got in July and August during the months of Oct-Nov-Dec they should have another 11190 for total of just over 31000 ounces which is near the top end of guidance. But without an explanation of Sept production no one really knows how much to expect. Did they produce 0 ounces in Sept or 1800 ounces? If it was 1800 then the total for the Q4 would be 5400 and they miss the low end by about 3000 ounces. Based on Sept numbers provided so far, they should remove the equipment they added so they can increase production to where it was prior to the modifications.

They should all resign except for Ms Belanger. Give her a free rein to bring in who she wants and see if she can get the job done.
