I think that the team that put it together, O'Dea et al, are likely great guys on the exploration end and I think O'Dea was 2nd in the Goldcorp Challenge so he knows how to plan the mining portion. All smart people. But maybe the hands-on , operating portion is not a strong point. Quite possible the existing BOD and management team came to the realization they needed someone with a proven track record to take charge and turn it around. And good on them if that is why they brought her on board. They are all shareholders and if Ms Belanger turns it around they all win big as well.  I hope she is more successful than any of us can imagine.
