I think we are on the same page with Ms. Belanger RdlBama. She has to be given a free rein to run the show and make the changes she thinks are required. If they place a lot of restrictions on what she is allowed to do, she won't be there long. Her resume portrays her as a pretty smart lady. If she does not like things she will simply move on and she will be back working when she chooses to go back to work.

But I think we might have to agree to disagree on the others. Initially I did think they should be removed but looking at their discovery track record they have done pretty well. Along with defining where to drill at the existing mine site they have discovered the Fork, Russet South and Wedge zones. They are currently looking at the Gap, Wedge ST and Wedge OL zones and all are close to the mill and near surface. A few other zones are promising as well like the Treasure Box. So IMO they might be better off to keep at least most of these guys around and let them focus on what they do well.
