RE:RE:RE:PGM "SHORTERS DREAM"

RE:RE:RE:PGM "SHORTERS DREAM"Myself I think a lot of the problems lie within the regulators. I pointed out that 45 day window yesterday. Imagine releasing a report that is highly speculative. The company now has 45 days for the report to out in the public domain and some people will believe it completely. After the 45 days the regulator gets a copy. Lets say it is one of the ones that gets reviewed and it is rejected for being too speculative. Now the company has to issue corrections but the incorrect info was out there for possibly 3 months. How much did the SP go up and how many shares traded in that window? And if the report is one that is not reviewed and the OSC told me they do not review them all, that report is out there forever. IMO the fault lies within the system. Change the rules so that every report must be reviewed before it is released to the public and the issue is gone. But it requires much more staff at the regulators.

Years ago there was a junior that had diamond concessions in Africa. They issued a NR saying they had obtained a huge diamond, 20+ carats, on their diamond concessions. An instant 10 bagger. A completely true statement but the part that was not said was how it was obtained. They bartered with the locals on their diamond concession and got it. Misleading but true. A quick review by the regulators and the wording may have been changed.

Anyway I am hanging on. Very little invested since I lost almost all of it on RMX.
