RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Top Holdersnot sure why you think it's unusual.  block holders/institutional money know what's happening and aren't buying/ putting up financing until they clean up the corporate structure if at all.   If a block holder saw any value, they would be buying hand over fist, they aren't.  The company knows they aren't getting financing.  They have begged for months and got nowhere.  That's why the mine was taken offline.  Putting a mine on care and maintenance is a pretty big deal and it's expensive.   It was the only thing they could do.  It's dumb retail money buying, it always is in these cases.
