Lets say I was one of them and you were my friend or a connection of mine You could on your own with my advice or i could get you to buy a bunch but less than 10% and you would not appear as an insider.. Definitely not saying this is happening but it could easily be. There's official insiders, those connected to them are in the know and although not insiders they kinda are.
