RE:RE:RE:RE:Release clearly says...Not saying what you are saying won't happen but reading through Harte gold news releases, I have yet to see any mention of silver Lake " aquiring all the issued and outstanding shares" of Harte and nowhere have we seen any mention of a "RVO" within PGM or WRLG news releases...  In the RVO,  it is said that the aquired company  remains intact but all its shares are cancelled and new shares of the aquired company are issued to the aquiring company which is not the case with the PGM sale as in this case the aquiring company is issuing shares and not the other way around...(https://www.nortonrosefulbright.com/en-us/knowledge/publications/6987022f/canada)
