A reverse vesting order is a purchase of shares in the debtor company. In a reverse vesting order, the bad assets – including liabilities and creditor claims – are removed, and the good assets stay in the company. ........ "A RVO is a purshase of shares in the debtor company" which seems to be what is happening with PGM, it sure is confusing but in the WRLG aquisition of PGM news releases there is definitely no mention of this process and seems it its worded as to a straight out aquisition of the whole company assets and liability. ... I wish the situation was better explained and i guess only time will tell for sure...
