PGM stock, last post and moving to DF stock next week...

PGM stock, last post and moving to DF stock next week...hi all,  Well its July and long weekend and many are going to enjoy it and so should you. Take the time off to enjoy with family and friends and relax.  As for now PGM stock or Pure Gold is done and finished and any shares that get distributed into your account for West Red Lake is maybe a 50% chance. I will no longer post on this Board on PGM and move right into DF stock next week. For now the focus is to continue from Friday as i noted early in the week the markets would move very high. Regardless of the long weekend coming and Canada and US in vacation mode. That is the best time to make up some ground from a horrible month in June. So, looking at DF stock and how Quadravest is making moves on share buy backs. You can see we had a nice run last week from $3.80 to $4.08 a share.  Volume was very high on Friday knowing long weekend is coming. So the trend is going to continue into this coming week.  Also,  the latest NAV Net of Distribution:      $14.16 will be update this coming week. Any move from management to increase past $14.60 will be bullish!!  We could see a rip higher to $5 making a move for a dividend payout for July for the first time in 14 months. That is a 10% payout and a DRIP! However, we should looke at  taking profits and making sure we do not get caught in a dividend payout only mindset. So make sure to make money and sell if you need the cash since our low of $3.80.

see the chart below and this stock is looking to make a very strong comeback!

now lets compare something.....If you look at this stock DFN from quadravest and see the NAV Net of Distribution:      $15.14 This stock is trading at $7.10 a share as compared to DF trading just over $4 at NEV NAT $14.16.  So for that this has nothing to do with the share price hitting a target to make the NAV NET reach $15 NET for the Dividend.  Its all about the managers making a decision to pay or not to pay a dividend. So for us we need to look at the run DF will do and take profits. If we get the dividend great and if not who cares as we got in aroung the $3.80 range.

For now see the chart as a comparison as to where the share price is on DFN and look at the link from the website for the NAV NET.  This will help you make your call and at times not listen to me or follow my step.  Sometimes i can make a mistake and i'm trying to show you how i check these stocks from quadravest and can play out before i buy.

DFN stock has been playing a key support level over $7 for the past year and paid a dividend. However, this is to show and compare DF and DFN NAV NET is in control by managers and they make the call on the share price and payout.
