apples and oranges TMAC was about to go under. They were on the precipice of financial ruin. The chinese tried to swoop in on the cheap but were blocked by the government. AEM raised the sale price and I'm sure TMAC was thrilled to get out from under its bad situation. AEM is basically gettting TMAC at fire sale prices. No brainer for them PGM is financially sound.
