Head Shaking

Can anyone else figure out the commodity indexes today? I know BOJ, Powell and another that I forget are gonna speak but the fundamentals are there for higher commodities. I know the nickel deal, but China came out with decent numbers. Demand still seems good here. Heck Ford is shipping Explorers with missing parts because demand is there. Green energy seems to be moving along at a fair pace and electrification is even heavy in my Dodge Ram 3500 HO Diesel brain. We all agree Gold should be reaching the moon soon, so what gives. Can any of you seasoned veterans or newbies have any idea.  I decided to diversify more yesterday and Ive lost my shirt and underwear now. If I lose the towel , Im gonna have a prune.

To do with oil I had thought the ...more

going back to history, you had central bankers who had the autonomy do do the heavy lifting, Canada had a guy named Gerald Bouey, the US had Paul Volker running the Fed, jeezus did they bring the pain to beat inflation when it had become chronic. Those were difficult markets that I survived and learned from, imagine renewing your mortgage at 26%, what would happen now were that to happen? The guys ...more
