I can't understand why there is so much posting for a stock that is basically dead. Does anyone else agree with me?

So after the 170 million in debt is paid off is there any more expenses,  so if it's worth 300 million that leaves 130 million for shareholders?  equals about 15cents a share  Is this correct or I'm I in fantasy land ?

you will recieve nothing the boys in the back that will somehow make out like bandits already know what they will do and they dont care about you. The resident pumper just wants to flip you for a couple pennies if he can convince you to buy in

Really wish someone would give a reasonable response Crunch the numbers  what's this mine worth ?  if you walk away from your house that's worth a million  & the mortgage is 500,000  there is 500,000 left over for home owner  is there no value here for the share holders ?  I don't know  thanks

At the end of the day there has to be a buyer or it's worthless. Not sure if anyone will want it . Being that Anglogold owns 16 % and has plans to go green by 2030 and the Mine has hydro energy from what I understand, I think there's a chance they will take it .

Buddy I'm a pipeline worker , a guy I worked with few years ago put me onto this stock  bought first shares years ago at 40 cents  sold them and have bought back in and sold a few times  I have followed this company and frankly I'm floored its trading at 2 cents  seems like a huge fail  also seems like an unreal opportunity  however like I said not experienced ...more

it is a great opportunity just not for you or the regular investor. Sprott will come out ahead and so with the other big players.  The guys that ran this company into the ground will get jobs with whoever ends up with the mine at a great discount. PGM does not care about you, they care about themselves, their jobs, and at best their employee's jobs.

So you'd cut your losses and sell at 2 cents?  some people on here give me the impression that this will be up significantly in a sort time  not sure of peoples agenda. My agenda is to try and get informed and it's difficult on here.

Thanks  I've followed you on here for a while now  respect your opinion  if 50 cents would happen I'd be very happy

Won't be $.50 but at this point anything above $.05 would be good for those who just joined or long term holder who averaged down. No point selling @$.02 with minimun downside and way more upside potential. Myself I'm hoping for another extension of proceeding and more chance to find some short term finacing with gold price getting closer to revaluation with coming new finacial system but ...more

Jake: "My agenda is to try and get informed and it's difficult on here." It's difficult because nobody knows or can know until news comes out of a sale or if no sale it proceeds to possible restructuring or liquidation . It's a speculation. In any case, the order of priority for the assets is the Crown for taxes or anything owing to the Crown including taxes ...more

roberto146 - You made some very good points on secured and unsecured creditors. Lets assume the lenders are secured creditors in the PGM CCAA action given the financials aren't very specific. The value in the ground based on 1.653M Au ounces (NI 43-101 report), POG $1700 US ounce and 90% recovery (by mill) is $2.53B US. Lets assume PGM estate gets an offer for 10 cents on the dollar for Au ...more

roberto146 - I'm wondering if a major Au mining company (possibely a share holder as well) are doing a share offering in order to use the proceeds to buy PGM at a discount. I'm sure someone is crunching the numbers. Well know in the next 6 months with repect to a asset sale, buyout or a financing.

roberto146 - Do you think PGM estate is worth more than $170M CDN? And why?
Comment by MAZZMEX on Jan 06, 2023 2:41pm
Of course it is but nowadays logics and fundamentals don't mean what it used to...
Comment by roberto146 on Jan 06, 2023 4:02pm
roberto146 - Do you think PGM estate is worth more than $170M CDN? And why? Yes. Because at about $170MM that's only about 110 dollars an ounce for the resource. The development and fixed assets would be free. Typically gold in the ground can be valued at about 100 dollars or so, even down to 50 -it's highly variable, but this project is developed to production so should be in the higher ...more

mid you rode it down to two cents then it makes no sense to sell. Might as well hold on for a miracle at that point.  im in the same position on another stock

Like2Think - I suggest you walk your shares across the excnage floor to lock in your CNIL while the stock is still trading. I'm sure the major holders listed on this site: PRM Company Stats have locked in their loss back in October. Speaking of major share holders, the top listed 5 have approximately 28% of the O/S with an average SP north of 2 cents. Not sure what the average price but ...more
