Opposed to LSC sale ? Consider this

It is my opinion that the sales price of LSC is far below the real and future value of LSC and it's holdings. I additionally oppose the BOD and management decision to award 1 million shares of LSC stock to an officer or officers of LSC for having brought this deal into existence. 

If you are Canadian you are fortunate in that you have a provincial Securities and Exchange Commission in Vancouver BC which has an excellent reputation for fair and just investigation of stockholder issues.

If you oppose this sale and provide your reason to them, they may invesigate this matter on your behalf. 

Again my opinion is that this transaction economically shortchanges me in the near term and in the long term.  In addiion, there was no valid reason in my view to issue bonus shares to one or more managers that arranged this LSC sale transacion.  You as a Canadian may have more influence with Canadian authorities than a non- Canadian might.
