They have now released how much they will net from the 900m bonds. ......   $ 875m net to company.     

$25m in discount and offering costs. ......  per Jan 26 release.

 

They sold convertibles when Can$ was below .95 usd, 

It looks like they will be buying back $450m of them with the Can$ close to parity. 

 

Settlement dates ... Jan 31 for both 

$900m in bonds and the purchase of $450m m in convertibles.  ......  per Jan 26 release.
