The opposite trade was there late in December when PBN was $3 more than PBG. 

It's now less than $1 difference.  

The trade that guy is suggesting is like driving down the street guided by your rear view mirror .. : ))  

Sooner or later PBG will be significantly higher than PBN because of asset differential .. IMO  

And their PBN ownership. 

PBG book vale is probably close to $40/share ... PBN close to $19,  

PBG is dead money until they prove out their production of reserves. 

PBN pays a nice dividend and book vale will increase with proven reserves. Every year .... 

 

The only pair trade I'd use is short oil when it's over $103 and hold tight with PBN and PBG.
