RE:Oh Oh.

RE:Oh Oh.Obviously thats  why both  have been trading down  lately.   LTS  gonna swallow up   TOL  and finally get rid of that  useless  thing called a dividend.    TOL    was a bit player   with good land  but   needed to  be swallowed  up    by big brother.

Now  what?  Layoffs,  reduced staff  for both companies, a lean  machine  trimmed of all   fat and non  core assets  to either  go it  as a stand alone or   make the package   even  more tempting..   Wth  TOL   exit production as well  as   LTS production   adds almost 50   k   of   production  ,  mostly light  oil,  with  big inventory of drilling locations.  The question is   ,  is it cheaper to buy  proven  plus probable   or  for bigger player to grow organically.

If a sale follows   through  it will ripple through   the valuations of  all  other light oil  players in  Canada.  4400 barrels  is not huge but its not small  either.   TOL   has been  growing production dramatically  so  it would be  a  5k     boe  player a  year  from now anyways.
