John, don't forget following june 30  we sold some SE Sask conventional production for  $ 38.5 million. 
Add this to our 17% TriOil equity position ... 

Why would we sell SE Sask production and land unless we could replace it with something as good or better.  

TriOil's Lochend Cardium has a much higher EUR ( estimated recoverable ) then our Sask conventional ..  100 - 300 mboe compared to 78 mboe ...
