RE:RE:RE:10000 shares at $.05????As I said, I don't have an opinion whether the total amount they are being paid is too high or not, but I would rather they get paid $1 in RSU's versus $1 in options for the reasons I laid out in my prior message.    

If they shouldn't get paid at all because of the underperformance of the company, that is another discussion.
