RE:RE:RE:From LTSI honestly was hoping for the entire firm to be sold to Crescent...they have now cherrypicked the assets they wanted, I do not think they will go for the entire firm...at least not for a while.

It is sad to see the firm sell its crown jewel assets. The metrics on the deal are great but these are possibly the best assets the firm has. As Crescent goes from strength to strength, LTS is shrinking.

There is of course lots of value in the remaining business (that's why I am still here) but I think we need to hear some good news at Swan Hills before this one can have its sp start recovering steadily. 

I do expect a positive price reaction tomorrow given the significantly improved debt profile...the problem remains: Management has lost all credibility. And by its inaction, the board also. As such, I only see an acquisition of the firm in order for the assets to be valued at their fair value, i.e. at the value they deserve when JW is not in command. GLTA!
