It's quite easy to see who is drilling in the Torquay and where they are drilling.

There's quite a lot of activity, Crescent Point in most cases.
There is no indication Lightstream is involved in any way. Their claim of a couple of wells is likely BS ..
Provided the projected depth called out in the licence is accurate, access to the Torquay is no where as expensive to drill (not as deep) as the in the US ...
Under 3,000 meters seems to do it.

In Status … select Drilled

Go down to new filters …. Select terminating zone … Torquay
Zoom in close to the S/E corner in Sask …

Alternately to track Lightstream

So far, this site seems to check out as accurate.
