Production reductions this quarter should be  1,000 boed  +  3,300 boed. 
Q2 production was 42,513 boed. 
Less 4,300 boed would put us at 38,200 boed.  
A loose interpretation of what they are saying is Q3 average of 38,200 boed.  

Given our 30% decline rate .....  and only 12 or so new wells this quarter. 
It's hard to imagine we'll be much more than 36,100 boed  ...  IMO
