RE:New 52 Week Low ---$3.95Management: Grow a pair, cut the dividend to zero and redirect everything to a share repurchase and/or to debt reduction. Both would be viewed positively here.

Show that you can be "proactive" (being very generous with this term here...) instead of waiting two more quarters of pain before "realizing" that you ought to do something here...

In the meantime, if I were VET, I would come in and snap them up for $6 a share. 50% premium, perfect bear raid...I would not be happy but that's life, they f@#ed up, time to pay the price.

For all those who worry about BK, rather unlikely. Their revolving credit is much less than their total debt. The long-term portion of their debt has a much longer maturity...at this point though, any move from management away from their current status quo/no disclosure approach to running a public firm would be more than welcome.
