Very sad indeed....what a joke.

There is no hope with these clowns.  They should sell either the Cardium or Bakken, and hopefully get at least 1.5B, enough to pay off the debt.  Then put the rest of the company up for sale.

The two step process because I think getting rid of the debt first will attract a higher bid offer, whether this makes sense or not (it shouldn't make a difference in theory but the debt is a dark cloud with these guys).

If we had no debt and 18,000 BOEPD of Cardium productin at 70% oil cut or no debt and 15,000 BOEPD of Bakken production at 90% oil cut, plus undevelopped land in those respective areas and our other holdings we should get at least $8-$10 per share, which is not great, but better than today.
