RE:14% YieldThis makes no sense to me.  

If I use $70 for NYMEX, and $3.50 for Gas, I see something like  $42.25 netbacks.  
Funds Flow... $436mn
Dividends...... $97mn
Interest ....... $ 116mn      

Leaves little for drilling,  40 wells for $270mn, Cardium and Bakken only.  
which because of our high depletion rates drops to 32,000 boed average
and would drop cash flow down to $390mn 

Roughly $30mn credit draw  and ( -$0.80 )  EPS

So, what would this mean ?
