RE:RE:RE:results outYah, pretty much as expected. 

Disapointment is operating netback of 48.67, 
I expect when more Q3 reporting is in that this is low ... 

Management skirt around the reason but we did sell off 
most of our Fee Title Lands which pay out a tax like terrif trom
the developers not necessary us and paid it to us. 

No sign ot the full report so it's hard to say whet else will be in there.
