Upper/downer is a pumper on the Leg board as well. Upper/downer cannot faced reality on what is transpiring through out the world in the oil market. You cannot go against the current tide, you will be wash away. Hedge funds and the supply/demand and oil producing companies who refused to cut production are finally destroying the oil industy and most of the mid players will not be around next year. look what happen to the gold industry. Oil turned now
