RE:Realistic Outlook-if they sell the entire Bakken property it would have to cover all the debt with a little left over to make a drastically smaller company viable -$70 oil may get the share price to $3 imo not much more -the first hurdle will be how the market reacts to the 1st Q report -it could tank the stock more even though it should already be priced in the current value -wonder if anyone has made some offers to Wright that he has not accepted -my question today is the board obliged to inform the shareholders of offers made even if they are deemed unacceptable?
