$3-$5 Scenario-many have been kicking these numbers around -currently the share price does not reflect any hint of a takeout -I believe 3-5 is right in the ballpark -Wrights 6 million shares are most likely break even in that area considering the various ways he obtained them -so lets get the deal done and move on from this bad dream
