" in "accordance with our Majority Voting Policy"
It seems you cannot get rid of him...I am curious to see the percentage of shares withheld at LTS, the verdict will be out today...insider ownership is high but I truly hope they will get the message with a high % of votes witheld from other shareholders. In any case, I would not be surprised if they also get "duly reelected"!!!
The fact that they have still not announced their debt restructuring is not positive hence the greater dip yesterday. I reread the press release and they had quoted:
"We expect to announce this conference call prior to our Annual General Meeting on May 14, 2015."
Well, did not happen...but, hey, we still have the two "high impact" Fahler gas wells to keep us excited! lol!
