You said Book value is meaningless  .... Well that is according to you

You said Surge is growing... Well if you read the report backwards, yes.
 
SGE EPS     Q1 2015 ( $.48)  Q4 2014 ( $.50)  Q3 + $0.16  Q2 +$ 0.20

You said LTS is shrinking, agreed and that why the Book value dropped from
around $18.00 to  $6.45.  However the stock price is a give away at $1.38

Why did they shrank.

Management wrote off all intangible Assets ($1.3B) and revalued Assets downwards
by $700M
Now they still have these Assets and was also able to haul in around $160M inTax Credit .
