Comparing LTS with LEG

Comparing LTS with LEG 1) LTS has a Tangible Book value of $6.45  and LEG is $8.10.

LTS revalued down their Assets in Q4 2014 by $700M  because of
lower oil prices. LEG did not.
For comparison reason we add back the $700M to LTS and the book value is
        then $10.00
LEG was given away for $2.85 by its Management (35% of its Bookvalue)

Based on similar metrics LTS is then worth $3.50 (35% of its bookvalue of $10.00)

2)  Comparing the Companies on Revenue basis, LTS is more productive
     LTS  Revenue (2014) $1020    ( 2013) $1070   (2012) $950   (2011) $1010
     LEG Revenue  (2014) $572      (2013)  $465     (2012) $364   (2011) $300.

3) The LTS Debt terms were renegotiated and they will be able to rally out this oil downturn
So we must give Management credit for doing a great job and not giving the Company away.

So, in the worst case scenerio, LTS will still fetch over $3.50.
