I can't see this stock as a big gamble at 26 cents. Maybe way higher up, yes.
The risk at this price in negligible.

I think you should check the numbers again, because the total value of the assets is more
than the total Debt.

I think the write offs were way over done, since lots of Oil Companies
did no write off any amount

However we have to remember they were able to recover about $285M tax credits
because of these write offs but they still have these assets on hand.
