Lightstream Resources (TSX: LTS, Forum) saw some sun in the markets today on no material news. The company last published a statement at the end of December regarding the resignation of Craig Lothian from the companys Board of Directors. According to that news release, there was no reason given for Lothians departure, just a thank you note for his efforts. Traders speculated todays rise and the recent spate of insider buying indicated that there was a possible sale of assets or buy out in the works, but there is nothing to materially to back up that postulation. Shares were up 17.24% to $0.34 per share.
