LTS is stating that their value ( Q3 2015) is $4.02.
However the "Market" ( made up of Hedge Funds, Banks, Oilman53's imagination, etc)
is saying that LTS is only worth $0.35.
Most Investors believe Oilman53 imagination over the Company.
Only my concept.
