RE:RE:RE:Increase Limit
RE:RE:RE:Increase LimitLTS has to date $904M us and about $344M cad.
Yes it seems large when the cad dollar is low,but will
be reduced when the Cad dollar is going up (like now)
This Company has done a great job weathering this
oil downturn eg cut dividend, negotiated new loans covenants,
Debts swaps for longer terms, revalued Assets and got back tax credits, etc
All these actions were done early in the cycle whilst the bigger Companies
were struggling and selling off Assets and cutting Dividend later, to survive.
Management already said they will sell the Balkkan if the price is right.
They are not in any financial trouble.
In the last Q4 2015 con call the CEO said,
" we’re always looking at opportunities, we’re bidding on assets that are in the market that at fire sale prices not many deals are being conducted as you probably know and there are some great reserve opportunities on the books of other companies as well. Many of them are following the same strategy they are trying to preserve their runway. So it’s hard to make transactions happen and we’re in a capital start environment in one of the single biggest focuses of our business plan is preserving our liquidity and preserving that runway for our own option value.

So we're carefully looking at things, we obviously haven't been successful in any recent acquisitions and we will continue to look of course."
