Shareholders should vote NORather let it all go down the tubes and let bankruptcy sort it out - than have first lien walk away with it all while everyone else gets f*cked - with the weasal Wright keeping his job.
First Lien does not want this to go bankrupt anymore than anyone else. Its poker pure and simple and one side is trying to steal thsi company. Everyone have the b*alls to vote NO.
