There's 20 more times buyers on the bid at 17 cents (22 orders wanting 421K shares) than sellers at 17.5 cents (4 orders at 21K shares).
My bids at 17 cents weren't getting filled so, I have to up my orders by a whole half a penny.... Thank god I'm no a penny flipper that would be hard to swallow! ;-)
