RE:Management proposal a Big JokeI dumped most of my position today.  Sorry. Looks like we are dealing with a company that is now hostile to shareholders.

When is the vote?  I might buy back in but the technical indicators are horrid now.  Some speculative bets don't turn out, that's why it's called a speculative stock.

Not totally a write off but as bushhog1, the offer is a complete joke.  If any shareholders want to walk in to the corporate office to demand a better negociator, I'm in.  I didn't lose much but I'll do it out of principle.
