Ridgeback owes you nothing. They bought the assets, and left LTS an empty shell. Read the news release, as it says LTS has no assets, and will be shut down. You own worthless LTS shares with no value. There is no doubt whatsoever that LTS shareholders got screwed, but you are not alone. A lot of companies went belly up and left their shareholders with nothing.
